Returning your order is easy. Return instructions can be found here: https://aldorrladders.com/warranty-and-returns/

You can return your order up to 30 days after receipt. Then you have another 14 days to return the product. Upon receipt of your return package, your return will be checked and processed. Your purchase amount will be refunded within a maximum of 5 working days.

Returns via a parcel point are free of charge. You can return your order via DPD. You can find the return instructions here: https://aldorrladders.com/warranty-and-returns/

When you report the order as returned, you will receive a track and trace code. You can then follow the shipment. Once the package has been delivered, your return will be processed within 5 working days. After verification, your purchase amount will be refunded. How quickly the money appears in your account depends on your payment method and bank.

To return your order, use the same packaging in which you received the product. Do you no longer have the original packaging? No problem. You can return your order in any packaging. Make sure the packaging is properly sealed to minimize the risk of damage.

Placing an order is easy. Click on the product you would like to order. Choose the right variant (Home or Professional, choose the right length, and place the product in your shopping basket. Then fill in your details, choose the desired delivery date and checkout the order. Orders placed on weekdays before 11:45 PM will be shipped the same day.

Once you have placed an order, you can no longer change the delivery address yourself. If you want to change the delivery address, please send an email to [email protected]. Your delivery address will then be changed, provided your package has not been shipped yet. If the package has already been shipped, it is unfortunately no longer possible to change the delivery address. You can ask the residents of the wrong address if you can pick up the package there, or ask them to refuse the package. The package will then return to our distribution center. Within 5 working days your purchase amount will be refunded and you can re-order the product.

If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to [email protected]. Cancellation is only possible if your package has not been shipped yet. If the package has already been sent, you can refuse it at the door. The package will be returned to you. Your purchase amount will then be refunded within 5 working days.

Cash payment is not possible. We do not accept cash payments at the door. You must pay for your order online immediately upon ordering.

You will receive the invoice of your order in your mailbox. The moment you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. In this mail you will find the invoice as an attachment.

Once your return package is received it will be processed. This means that the shipment will be checked. This happens within 5 working days after receipt of your return package. After verification, your purchase amount will be refunded. How quickly the money appears in your account depends on your payment method and bank.

Paying afterwards is possible. If you want to pay afterwards, choose the payment method 'Klarna pay later'. Your order will then be processed immediately. You must then pay within 2 weeks to comply. You will receive a message from Klarna. If you choose "Klarna pay later", it is important that you really pay via Klarna. If the invoice, which you automatically receive by mail, is paid via bank transfer, your payment is not registered and you will continue to receive reminders from Klarna. Always pay your order via the Klarna e-mails.

Most ladders are delivered by DPD.

You will receive an email containing a Track and Trace link from the carrier. This way you can see exactly when your package will be delivered. You will receive the Track and Trace link as soon as your order has been packed and picked up by the carrier.

Almost all Aldorr products are made of high quality aluminum.

Safety comes first. That is why all our ladders, stairs and scaffolding are inspected. All ladders, stairs and scaffolding comply with the EN131 standards; the European standard for ladders, folding ladders, telescopic ladders, accessories, rolling board ladders, ladders with a platform and stairs. Several times a year the ladders are re-inspected to ensure that they are safe and remain safe.
